Looe in cornwall has been long considered iconic fishing grounds. With deep water close in, you'll be fishing at between 6 and 12 miles out in this reef competition. We currently run three boats over the duration of 6 days, each day there is a target species or a piece of silverware up for grabs. However, even thought his is the case you are free to target any species with any method of fishing you'd like.
The Looe Sea Fishing festival is one of the longest running sea fishing festivals in the UK. Founded in 1960, the looe sea fishing festival has hosted thousands of national and international anglers. The competition has recently seen a revival... almost having to stop a few years ago during to low number of participents. Since then, we have been building the numbers and boats back up again to hopefully bring the festival back to it's former size. Looe has always been known as the home of the Shark Club of Great Britain and with the founding members of EFSA fishing and meeting at the event, it's also your opportunity to have a place in Sea Fishing history.
Why not be a part of the festival and make the most of 6 days of fishing in some of the best grounds available. If you'd like to find out more about the British Sea Angling Festival and the schedule for the week plus take a look at some of the titles to win, then click the button below:
